New and Improved
I really like my new school, the teachers are nice, the kids are fucking retards but they leave me alone and with my credits I do not have long to go, as opposed to the extra credits I would need in K12 causing me to stick around for another semester or more.
I passed my software professional certification exam for Microsoft Excel 2007 on Friday so now I am certified in Excel and Word and am currently working on Power Point.
My other class is going slow but on track at least, The Great Gatsby is a piece of shit book.
Today while waiting on a teacher for grading I finally figured out how the Blish Lock works, I was aided in my realization by the actual patent for the system from the early 1900’s.
I think me and Hayley broke up but I am not sure, we have been more like friends lately anyway and I hardly ever see her. It was going to happen in a couple months anyway because our paths in life go in very different directions, though technically the same geographic direction. She wants to travel abroad in Europe, I will most likely end up in Iraq or Afganistan by the end of the year hopefully as a small arms repairmen, though if I get good scores on the ASVAB I may try for special operations or a similar field. Why waste good potential you know?
I am kind of split on the idea though, if the world goes to hell in a hand basket wheil I am over there my chances of getting some serious ordinance dropped on my head or getting left behind is substantial. So, I would rather miss the fun of all our enemies (that happen to surround us in the middle east) bombing the fuck out of us than miss the fun of societal collapse and racial conflict.
Unrelated but, today I was on the bus and a guy nearly got his ass beat by the driver. Just barely north of Silver and Campbell some guy was standing behind the bushes aparently waiting for the bus because nobody fucking saw him until he stepped out and started waving. So he gets on the bus and its all cool. Just south of Campbell and Fort Lowell he walks to the front of the bus like hes getting ready to get off and all the sudden he grabs the driver by the arm and tries to take his driver badge. The driver pushed him off got out of his seat and tossed him off the bus, the guy screaming he was going to file charges and reports on the driver and screaming assault and shit. I was sitting in the very first seat right next to the pay door so I saw it all. If he had tried to continue the shit or beat on the driver I was prepared to get up and beat his ass personally, that driver is my ride everyday after school, hes just an old black dude doing his job. He said that 4 out of 5 drivers will not stop if they miss a stop because almost every time shit like that happens. We will see if that asshole shows up again tomorrow.
Oh yeah and I MISS YOU ANGIE. REMEMBER BACK WHEN I WAS FAT AND SHORT AND LIVED IN WASHINGTON? Oh my god nostalgia.
